​Problem

The septic tank was filling up and overflowing requiring expensive exhauster fees. The soak away pit was creating an extensive “swamp-like” area due to the “black cotton” soil composition that doesn’t allow for proper drainage. This land became an unusable, wasted area to the college.

Solution

The Enpura Pro was chosen because it gave a solution that could be delivered to the site in a short period of time, with minimum site disruption. The only civil work required was a concrete plinth for the system to sit upon. A hedge was grown around the plant to hide the above ground system. The finish is such that you would not know the system was there.

Benefits

The swamp caused by the old soak away dried up and the land became usable. The 30,000lts/day of treated water is used for irrigation of the large green space and sports fields. The water allowed the client to develop a large landscaping project to beautify what was once swap land. The client is now making excellent revenue from hiring out this green space for events companies. The client has long since returned their investment.
